I know I didn't write this week, I've been busy and a little bit distracted both. It's the end of the term for my adult students this week, and it's midterm time for my elementary school, so that's had me running around.
Plus, the business started this week, and-most importantly-I became an uncle yesterday. So, my mind's just been elsewhere.
I promise though I have a couple good ideas for posts, and I will get to them soon, so please, don't give up on me. Sometimes you guys fail at comments, so I get to fail now and then at posting. It's only fair.
Next time: My best Korean friends-the Sage and his alcoholic gambling buddy. OR More thoughts on cultural relativism OR Bret gets into more fights in Itaewon!
Here's a couple of pics, vastly different in setting, that explains how things go over here pretty well.

That's being interviewed in broken English in front of Gyongbuk Palace main hall.

That's me being a star at the Office Party at the NoraeBong(karaoke) last weekend. In this instance I was singing Kokomo. I brought the house down with Build Me Up Buttercup later on...

Bret congratulations on becoming an uncle. The little guy sure is cute. Lil Billy says to tell you hi, he sure doesn't forget you. Looks like you are having a good time. Are you homesick yet? What do you miss the most?
Keep writing. It's all very interesting.
Love ya, Lala
Hey Bret
How did you celebrate your birthday?
Congrats on being an uncle.. pretty cool. Although your mother shouldn't be old enough to be a grandmother..
Glad to hear you are keeping busy over there. Don't want you to be bored.
Keep writing.. Aunt Sharon
Bret,
If we can vote for which blog entry we want to see next, I vote for "The Sage and his alcoholic gambling buddy." I want to hear the other ones also, but that one sounds like the best one.
Dad
(Or as Kim's mom, Sharon is now calling me...) Pa Pa Dennis!
