Just a dash more politics

Tomorrow is the Iowa Caucuses. I'm probably more nervous than I've been since, well, at least the Broncos/Packers Super Bowl. If you haven't grasped it yet, what happens in the next couple weeks is quite possibly the most crucial moment in American history in, at least, the 75 years. We're at a breaking point. We keep going down our path of fear and greed-we're doomed. Asia is gonna blow by us and we don't even see it coming. But if we change our attitude, change our mind set, and change our leader it's not inevitable. Who the Democrats nominate will make that decision. I am not using hyperbole when I say Barak Obama is my great hope.

Check out the video. I'm probably more in love than I've ever been.

If you agree, donate! You'd be among 484,000 other little guys(me included). The guy hasn't taken a dime from a big lobbyist committee. The guy owes no company(Hillary owes Pharmaceuticals and Car companies. Generic Republican X owes the NRA.)

Omaba owes ME. He owes you too.
(Donate at the "donate"button and I'll match it. Call it the "Bring Bret Back" fund.)

I've been contemplating a lot lately about what it is to be American-whether or not it's something I should be proud of, something that can give me hope. In a few weeks-I'll have my answer.

Ok. There's my pitch.

Anyway, I had a good New Year's Eve. Went to a rave kind of party down town. Good time-not totally my scene, but fun none-the-less. I had a string of awful New Years, followed by a string of totally uneventful New Year's. So it was nice to do something fun, eventful, and not disastrous this year.It was very much "The" place to be for Foreigners in Seoul. I was barely good looking enough to get in.(In fact, I think I was only allowed in because I was escorted by 4 good looking women-and Alex.)

I'll post some pictures when Alex finally uploads them.

One more speech for you all.
*Fingers SUPER crossed****
